Upload your logo & brand assets

New branding process

You do not need to upload files before checkout. After payment, your order confirmation email will include a branding upload button. We need your full branding assets before we can move forward with promotion, website listings, social posts, printed materials or show-day branding.

1 Complete your booking and checkout.
2 Your order confirmation email will include the branding upload link. No upload is required before checkout.
3 Upload your logo, social handles and any brand assets using the same business name and email used at checkout.
4 Promotion, website listings, social posts, printed materials and show-day branding can only move forward once assets are received.
STEP 4

Logo & brand usage agreement

By submitting this form and completing payment, I confirm that I am authorised to act on behalf of the business/brand named above. I grant Essex Sports Show and its operating business permission to use our business name, logo, brand marks, trade names, social handles, and submitted media for the purpose of promoting, marketing, and delivering Essex Sports Show events. This includes usage on websites, social media, printed materials, event signage, show maps, banners, promotional graphics, digital adverts, photography, videography, email marketing, and other event-related promotional material.

I confirm that the logos, images, and brand assets supplied by me are either owned by the business/brand or I have the legal authority to use and supply them.

I understand that this permission is only granted in connection with Essex Sports Show event promotion and related marketing. Ownership of our logo and brand assets remains with us.
