Refund Policy – Vendors & Ticket Holders
This refund policy applies to all vendor table bookings, sponsorship bookings and attendee ticket purchases for Essex Sports Show.
Vendor Table Bookings
Vendor table bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Vendors may request a refund up to 7 full calendar days before the show date. Any refund request made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to event planning, floorplan allocation, promotion, staffing, venue arrangements and limited table availability, we cannot offer refunds for vendor cancellations made within 7 days of the show date.
Vendor refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Any third-party booking fees, payment processing fees or platform charges may be non-refundable.
Vendor table bookings cannot be refunded for non-attendance, late arrival, change of mind, lack of sales on the day, or failure to comply with event rules.
If a vendor can no longer attend, they must contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, allow the table booking to be transferred to another approved vendor, provided we are notified before the event and the replacement vendor is suitable for the show.
Sponsor Bookings
Sponsor and partnership payments are used for event promotion, branding, website placement and marketing materials.
Once sponsor artwork, logos, promotion or branding work has started, sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the event is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, we will review sponsor refunds or credit options based on the amount of promotional work already completed.
Attendee Ticket Holders
Attendee tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Essex Sports Show or moved to a new date that the ticket holder cannot attend.
Tickets cannot be refunded for change of mind, non-attendance, travel issues, illness, late arrival, or personal circumstances.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, unless stated otherwise by the ticketing platform. Please contact us before the event if you need help with a ticket transfer.
Any booking fees, payment processing fees or third-party platform charges may be non-refundable.
If the Event Is Cancelled or Rescheduled
If Essex Sports Show cancels the event and does not reschedule it, eligible ticket holders and vendors will be offered a refund in line with this policy and applicable law.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets and vendor bookings will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must contact us within the timeframe we provide after the new date is announced.

Refund requests will be reviewed as quickly as possible. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
By purchasing a vendor table, sponsor package or attendee ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted this refund policy.
