These Giveaway Terms apply to giveaways, prize draws, competitions and promotional offers run by Essex Sports Show Ltd unless a specific giveaway states otherwise.

2. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless stated otherwise in the individual giveaway post or promotion page.
Employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, sponsors or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway, and their immediate family members or households, may not enter unless we clearly state otherwise.
3. How to enter
Entry instructions will be stated on the relevant giveaway post, page, email or promotional material. Entrants must follow the stated instructions to be eligible.
Entry methods may include actions such as following Essex Sports Show, liking a post, commenting, sharing a post, tagging an account, signing up to the newsletter, submitting a form or completing another clearly stated action.
No purchase is necessary to enter unless a giveaway specifically states that it is a purchase-linked promotion and includes a valid free entry route where required.
4. Entry limits
Unless stated otherwise, only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, fake, automated, bulk, fraudulent or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
5. Opening and closing dates
Each giveaway will state its opening date and closing date. Entries received after the closing date may not be counted.
If a closing date is changed for a valid reason, we will make this clear as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Prize details
The prize or prize details will be stated on the relevant giveaway post, page, email or promotional material.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may provide a reasonable substitute prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner selection
Unless stated otherwise, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
We may verify that the winner completed the required entry steps before confirming the prize.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the details available to us, such as email, Instagram direct message or another relevant contact method.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, we may select another winner.
9. Claiming the prize
The winner may need to provide information reasonably required to deliver or arrange the prize, such as name, email address, delivery details or event attendance details.
We will never ask for bank details to confirm a standard giveaway prize.
10. Publicity
We may announce the winner using limited details such as first name, surname initial, Instagram username or general area unless the winner objects where legally permitted.
11. Data protection
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners, arrange prizes and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.
If you sign up to the newsletter as part of a giveaway, you may receive marketing emails where you have given consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12. Social media disclaimer
Giveaways promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms unless clearly stated otherwise.
By entering, entrants release the relevant social media platform from responsibility for the giveaway.
13. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe is incomplete, false, fraudulent, automated, abusive, unlawful, misleading or in breach of these Giveaway Terms.
14. Changes, suspension or cancellation
We may cancel, suspend or amend a giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, platform changes or other reasons that affect the fair running of the giveaway.
We will not make retrospective changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants after a giveaway has closed.
15. Liability
We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, not received or unable to be submitted due to technical issues, platform issues, internet failure or other causes outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Giveaway Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
16. Governing law
These Giveaway Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
